The Burgundy Condominiums and Apartments

The original rating was left by mistake. I didn't even remember that I had left a rating not to mention a 5 star rating at that. My original rating was over 3 years ago and here I am, minding my own business at 1am in the morning and suddenly I get a notification from Google saying there's a response to my rating. At 1am!?! 😄🤣😂 Hilarious!! So I started looking at the other reviews and most of them are well over a year old if not older. However your response was within the last hour. You assure everyone in every negative review that you take each issue seriously and you are going to take immediate action to blah blah blah. If you really took any of this seriously and cared you wouldn't wait until 1am on a Saturday morning after you have been having a few drinks and thought it would be a good idea to tackle some of these ancient ratings and reviews. That's worse than no response at all. Seriously, it makes it seem like you are only concerned with how your property may appear to anyone who hasn't seen it. If you were as concerned for the actual property and not just it's reputation, you probably wouldn't have so many negative reviews from actual tenants that has them using 4 letter words to describe your property.

Don’t move here unless you want to deal with an unreliable office and constantly getting illegally towed. They change towing companies and don’t notify residents of the change in company, so the residents are unable to get their cars registered until they’ve been towed. I’m sure someone would have taken legal action if the people that lived here had more money. This is criminal.

The Burgundy is really stepping up their game! They've listened to what people said before and are making great changes. The place is getting nicer, with improvements in cleanliness and maintenance. It's awesome to see how much they care about making things better for everyone. These apartments are becoming a cool spot to live near Marsh Lane!

The Burgundy Apartments’ management team has been in full swing with renovations and overall improvements. Dealing with management has been really difficult, but quite honestly, nearly impossible in the past. The new board has made some incredible changes, including being responsive. We are having regularly scheduled meetings, which is very important to homeowners. There has been an open floor for us to vent previous concerns and frustrations, but also updates on how we will be moving forward. The new team is already proving itself and makes the future of this complex seem brighter.

I have lived here for a long time and am very happy with the new owners and management. They are making a lot of improvements and updating the outside property. Carina is sweet and fair and is doing a great job cleaning it up here. I actually can't wait to see it all complete.
