5 star review for the maintenance crew here at Bowen on Henderson. I’m not one to regularly give reviews but Alex and his team fixed a mold/growth issue on my bathroom ceiling in just a few short days. Not only was the speed of completion impressive, the quality of work was too. Thankful for a great experience where it would’ve taken a lot of crews much longer. Thanks Alex!

Amber is the absolute best here! Not only is she so responsive and kind, but she’s part of what makes Bowen so great! She’s so so helpful and is always such a joy to be around. I’m about to be here two years now, love these apartments and love the staff y’all have.

The Bowen is a terrific property! I’ve lived here over 10 years because I love the location and my floor plan. The other important element for me is good management. The current manager, Amber, has been here in varying capacities for a number of years. She knows the property and how to take care of it like no other manager before her. Best of all, she knows each resident’s name, remembers their apartment number and several pertinent details about them. For the past few months Amber has been shepherding the remodeling process here (plus 2 other properties concurrently) with energy and dedication. She & her team have been doing their very best to keep things running smoothly while almost every aspect of the complex has been updated & changed. Swing by the Bowen to see the new….well, everything - and meet Amber & her excellent team!

The old management used to be very responsive, but since the new management took over- it’s impossible to get a response. No one’s available in the lobby/ leasing office, no one answers the phone, no one responds to emails. No point in signing a lease here anymore. Additionally, I understand they're trying to improve the property, but the way they've been going about construction has had so many negative impacts on residents. Paint getting on furniture, loud alarms on trucks going off all morning, missing packages, it's getting ridiculous.
