would not recommend this property and will definitely not be renewing my lease. Safety and security are constantly advertised, but the reality is very different. The garage door is broken far too often, exterior doors are frequently left open, and anyone can easily access the building. The hallways and stairwells are consistently dirty and poorly maintained. Management claims the property is monitored by security and the local police department, but having a police car parked outside does not address the safety. There is little to no enforcement of community rules, and residents who actually pay to live here are left dealing with the consequences. To make matters worse, residents are charged for parking that is not assigned, plus an additional fee for a parking app. There is obvious miscommunication between the leasing office and parking management, creating unnecessary headaches for residents who are paying for these services. For the amount residents pay, there should be much better security, communication, cleanliness, and accountability. Unfortunately, this property has failed to provide any peace of mind.

I have lived here for about 9 months already and do not feel at home here. The space is not that great— honestly, why is my bedroom smaller than my closet lol? Don’t be deceived by their amenities. I also had some roach problems too. The mailroom is also a freaking disaster and I always get worried that one of my packages will be stolen. It’s the worst mail service I’ve ever seen in my life. They have had multiple issues with the gated garage not working which makes our cars in the garage susceptible to burglary and theft. Also, anyone can literally come in the building if that’s the case which is extremely unsafe considering there are homeless people around here. It took them almost a month to fix the garage in the past. Also they have few community events that they schedule usually during work hours (10-12 pm or right shortly after work at 5 pm or 6 pm etc). I was never able to attend such events because of my regular 8-5 schedule. Ridiculous!!! I have called inquiring to break my lease early because this place is NOT it and I am also moving elsewhere for other pressing reasons. They never returned my call back. Their management is terrible overall. The only benefit living here was that my commute was shorter to work and Bishop Arts district isn’t too far away, other than that, not worth the level of rent and extra costs living here. Find somewhere else to live! I am gladly wanting to get out of here.

have been living here for almost 2 years, austin is very responsive to tenants needs and is always friendly and professional. michael with the maintenance crew is absolutely amazing too! great staff, quiet building and amenities are always well kept((: 10/10

Since I am current renting but losing my packets. Mailroom is awful. Missing items If u like online shopping, do not come here

My friends moved here and found the unit infested with bed bugs the day they got their keys. Y'all be careful
