I told my husband to go ask about pricing unfortunately he only speaks Spanish the white lady at the office was very rude. I understand there was a language barrier but there was no need for her to catch an attitude just because she did not speak Spanish he asked if someone else spoke Spanish and she very rudely responded no in here speaks Spanish . No wonder they have all these vacant apartment I would not even dare go and ask just on how rude was told she was.

Cheap but you get what you pay for I guess. Was in a 1bdr that was roach infested. Stopped requesting pest control because that did nothing. 2bdr is a little better so far. I still see the critters but it’s not half as bad. Moral is they obviously have a bug problem. Edit after the apartment responded: I am very good with my calls/emails, etc… because of my profession, you guys have not tried to contact me at all. Please don’t lie on here. I have not put in a pest control request for this new apartment because your “pest control” sucks, which I obviously saw in the previous apartment (as you said, there were multiple pest control requests). Thanks for the response though!

I been living her for almost three years but I don’t recommend the place. They have very nonsense policies regarding your patio. They don’t allow you to have anything, not even to hang your clothes to dry on a rack!!! Their vehicle police is insane, you have small dent and they want to town your car. Oh but when you ask them to fix something, they take FOREVER. Don’t recommend the place. Stay away if you can. The gates never work. Half of the summer they close the pool and the gym. Not really worth it.

Most horrible living situation in my entire life. Moved in from out of state to a water leak and requested mold report as was concerned how long water exposure existed. 2 months later had mold symptoms. Got a mold report w labs and came back positive. Entire AC unit is infested along with old air ducts w fiberglass insulation that tested positive for mold. Sagging bedroom ceiling w signs of moisture. Escalated to VP because Management was negligent to respond to emails or address concerns. Mgmt will get an attitude when scenarios are not pleasant for them disregarding your living situation. They will do the very minimum to fix things. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT. See fungi mold in AC drip pan that they claimed they replaced after water leak. Had to throw away couch clothes bedding bc of mold. The lack of empathy and unethical business practice is disgusting. Disgrace to allow a living situation stay open in America. This company does not stand on the values it claims. Prime example of slumlord corprotocracy exploiting middle class Americans.

You’re better off living on a street than in this apartment complex. The building is extremely old and plagued with issues — from persistent bug infestations to serious utility problems like water leaks, mold, and broken appliances. Management is consistently unprofessional and unresponsive. The only time they seem helpful is when they want you to sign a lease and secure your payment; beyond that, they reveal their true character. They are not transparent about the many problems in the units. For over five months, our unit has suffered from a burst pipe and continuous water leakage, yet they still haven’t identified the source of the issue. The parquet flooring is warped due to excessive moisture, the bathroom has a clogged pipe, and the unit is infested with cockroaches. Despite all of this, the only consistent action from management has been collecting rent. We’ve finally been forced to file a legal complaint after enduring significant financial and psychological stress. They didn’t even offer us a temporary unit while repairs were supposedly underway. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. P.s: they will delete bad reviews on their website
