I'd rate negative stars if I could. This complex is a nightmare. I was exposed to black mold for 3 years that I lived there. My rent went up $100 each year that I lived there. I went without hot water for 6 months of the first year I lived there. I was bullied and harassed by the office manager and staff and deemed a uncooperative tenant due to medical issues. Even though it's because they're maintenance never arrived for scheduled maintenance. I am now being sued for $611 that I do not owe as when I left I was fully paid. If I hadn't been paid up I would have faced eviction. I paid a non refundable deposit I case there was any issues when I moved out. This complex ruined 3 years of my life and caused me to be extremely ill. If you are reading this I would run as far as you can and find somewhere else to call home. People move out there so fast that they leave all there worldly possessions. There was a murder in property while living there and several elderly died in their apartments. These apartments do not provide adequate living conditions in my opinion. Nothing ever works and maintenance doesn't do their job. The the office staff and corporate will bully and harass you if you give them any issues due to the lack of anyone doing there job. This has been my own personal experience and not a instance of defamation.

Everything is wrong with this place. It's extremely dirty — all areas are poorly maintained. The office staff is unprofessional and often unavailable when you need assistance. There’s a cockroach infestation, water leaks, and maintenance only makes things worse instead of fixing them. The entire team is incompetent and does not take responsibility.

This property is terrible !! If you have a maintenance problem they take like 3 months to even come look at the problem, then they won't even fix it correctly!! Been living here almost 2 years and it has been a horrible experience!! We will be moving soon due to the properties lack of descent customer service to existing residents!! When they show the apartments they will act real nice ,but when you move in they treat you like a stranger who doesn't belong here!! They will violate rights by turning off hot water without any ⚠️ warning not even a hour heads up! You can be in the shower and all of a sudden the hot water turns cold ,been in that situation a few times living here!! The apartments have Aaron pest control which is pointless because bugs still invade the apartment!! The bath tubs will start deteriorating paint and the ceiling in the restroom is about to fall , hopefully not on me!! Another resident had their ceiling fall and they took more than a week to even attend !! If I can post pics you will see them!! Parking is horrible too !!

I have been attempting to reach the property for over a week and have left multiple voicemails, but I have not yet received a response. I was reaching out to obtain rental verification for one of their current residents who has applied to my community. I have attempted to contact the property via phone multiple times over the past week and have also sent emails to the manager, but I have not received a response. Additionally, I visited the office in person on two occasions. The first visit was on Friday, September 27th, at 4:58 PM, when the office was closed despite the posted hours indicating it should be open until 5:30 PM. I returned on Saturday, September 28th, at 3:09 PM, only to find the office closed again, with a sign stating they would return at 9 AM, even though they are supposed to be open until 5:00 PM on Saturdays. It is concerning that this business does not answer phone calls during business hours, respond to voicemails, or reply to emails. Furthermore, it is unusual for a business to be closed during standard operating hours.
