I know Greystar has a mixed reputation in general but this management team is different! They do care about the residents and have been trying their best to build a better community. There are fun activities and events throughout the year. The maintenance team usually responds within 24 hours and does a great job. There is an emergency number you can reach outside business hours, which not many properties offer. What's more, they offer cat treats at the leasing office!
