Update (4/23/2026) Probably the worst managed and maintained property I've ever lived in. Other people's comments speak for itself... Nothing's changed. People that are managing it needs to change for sure though. Just AI replies for the comments.

the units are not update to and absolutely NO ONE answers the PHONES nor MAINTENANCE REQUEST, if your apartment is without hot water and runs on very low water pressure don't worry about them caring to resolve it.. want rent to be paid but can't provide proper living conditions.
