Nakeshia has been great during my leasing and move-in process. She has gone above and beyond, including working with me outside of regular business hours, accommodating me for unique circumstances, and just being a pleasant person to work with overall. I highly recommend working with her during the leasing process, and I am excited to live here at The Arcadian, partially because of her!

I had a great experience touring this apartment community with miss Nakeisha. She was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. The property is beautiful and well maintained, the apartment layouts themselves are great and the location is unbeatable! Property backs right up to Katy Trail too and the views of Dallas at night are gorgeous. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable tour — definitely worth checking out!

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Keisha Burel, the leasing agent — she was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, Keisha was so patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable. Her energy and professionalism really stood out — you can tell she loves what she does and truly cares about helping people find the right home. If I end up moving to this area, it will 100% be because of Keisha and how incredible she made the whole process. This property is already beautiful, but Keisha took it to another level. She deserves a promotion or a raise for the way she represents this community. She’s the kind of person who makes you want to sign a lease on the spot!

Keisha was an absolute angel helping me find my new apartment. Although emailing the complex can be difficult, she always made sure to reach out as soon as possible or immediately help me when I went to the office in person. She always had every piece of information I needed or had her colleague Callie help out when she wasn't in office. She was super cool too. The place is nice as can be and has a lot of new amenities they're updating super quickly. Maintanence requests are handled same day and with good work. Haven't been able to complain about moving here even when I've tried to find something wrong. I just couldn't. 10 outta 10 would recommend

I confirmed a 2:30p tour online and by email several days in advance. Took time off work to tour. On tour day, a road closure downtown had me and my driver stuck, pushing my arrival time to around 2:37p and I immediately notified the building’s management. When I arrived at 2:36p, the building was locked, the office empty, and a sign said they’d return at 3:00. I stood outside for more than 20 minutes, calling both the office and emergency line with no answer; sweating through my suit. When someone eventually arrived, she didn’t seem to know what I was doing there. I told her I was cancelling my tour. She left. She returned a minute later and politely explained that because I was late, she had to go “do towels”. That explanation doesn’t hold up: if she has to do towels at 2:30 then why is my appointment scheduled for that time? If I arrived at 2:30, was she going to stop the tour midway through and go do towels? Stepping out for errands during that reserved window makes no sense, and leaving me locked outside—especially after I communicated my arrival time—was a strange choice. I understand unexpected situations arise, just like the traffic issue, but locking out a confirmed guest during their scheduled window, with no response on any line, even their emergency line, suggests this building is understaffed. Not getting an answer on the emergency line is really concerning for residents and guests. Overall disappointing experience and waste of time and money.
