The Ainsley

The Ainsley was my very first apartment, and I love the way they took care of me, they explained everything to me in the best way possible It was a very great experience moving in with them, and it’s very clean and beautiful I love the pool the dog park in the gym, and the rent is amazing, it just feels like home.

Discovered this property through an apartment locator, Tessa Perdue with Smart City Locating. Wow - what an incredible value. Sandra, the manager at Ainsley, made it easy to coordinate moving in, despite me being out-of-state. All the staff are friendly and responsive to my requests. I've never waited more than an hour for maintenance to start working on my request. Located right off the highway, this former hotel turned apartment complex adds a cool touch of design and ambiance that's apparent upon arrival and entry into an expansive lobby. Incredibly modern remote key access to the building and amenities. The game room with classic arcade games, the vending machines on the second floor, and the cabanas by the pool are my favorite amenities. A small, but functional gym similar to a business-oriented hotel is on the first floor. In my humble opinion, I think the rooms are a generous size for my needs. There is not a lot of accessible storage space you'd commonly find in other apartments. Cabinets beneath the sink are not finished and closets are relatively small compared to the room, but it makes sense from the previous hotel design perspective and makes the room feel more spacious. The forward units get some road noise, especially at night. It is worth noting that some units are currently BnB, but guests are respectful. I encounter few residents in common areas, and the property as a whole remains quiet. I would 10/10 recommend The Ainsley, especially if any specials are available!

Aide Aguilar made my leasing experience exceptional from start to finish. As someone moving to Dallas for the first time, I had a lot of questions, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, walked me through the apartment community and amenities, and even provided a list of local recommendations to help me get familiar with the area. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and welcoming attitude made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and exciting. Aide went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed, and she gave me a great first impression of both the community and the city. I truly appreciate all of her help and would highly recommend working with her.

I really like the atmosphere at my new apartment. Great amenities, I'm very excited to see how my stay is going to be here.

Absolutely love this place! The staff is incredible, but a huge shoutout to Aidé and Sandra, and Ez, they truly go above and beyond. You seriously get way more than expected. The vibe is super cozy, perfectly blending top-tier luxury with that genuine, warm Dallas hospitality. 100% recommended, you guys are gonna love it here!
