Really great experience so far. The building is in an awesome location and everything has been smooth from the start. Bert has been amazing throughout the whole process, he’s super helpful and quick to respond. He made move-in easy and was always happy to answer questions or help with anything that came up.

Jameson was wonderful to work with. He greeted me with a warm smile and great energy, listened attentively, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The property is beautiful and well maintained. I highly recommend The 23 Apartments and their professional, welcoming staff.

After a week, The 23 has been excellent: Bert made leasing seamless; Jameson and Regine are welcoming; the cleaning/maintenance team (Anita, Henry, others) is kind; the building is spotless; gym and pool are great (I only wish the pool were heated in winter); parking is simple from floors 4–6 with ample spaces; packages are organized, and DoorDash delivers to your door. Early issues were handled fast: a rooftop AC compressor was replaced in three days with a temporary unit provided, and a fridge issue was fixed within minutes. Move-in was smooth, the finishes are high quality, the view is outstanding, and nights are quiet. Grateful to Lucas Hunt for helping me find it. Photo: 11th-floor sunrise. Update December 2025: After 8 months, I can say I am still giving 5 stars. Although I had an issue with a late fee that I felt was not fair, the team is working on it, and in every other situation I have seen them consistently go above and beyond my expectations to make sure I am fully satisfied with my time in this property. The 23 is just an amazing place to be in.
