Terrace at Highland Hills

I rarely write negative reviews, but this property truly deserves one. Maintenance requests here are basically ignored. My service orders sit open for more than a month, and when I check the system, they are often marked as “completed” without anyone ever showing up. I am at home most of the time, so I would absolutely know if someone knocked on my door. Yet apparently there is an invisible “maintenance guy” who completes work without ever being here. Because of this, I constantly have to submit the same maintenance request again and again after they falsely close it. When I go to the front office to ask about it, the answer is always the same: “The maintenance guy will attend shortly.” Unfortunately, that never actually happens. This is extremely frustrating and exhausting. Basic maintenance should not require residents to chase the office repeatedly just to get attention. I have lived in many places over my 70 years, but this is by far the most poorly managed property I have ever experienced. I honestly cannot wait for my lease to end so I can move out.

ANTS, ANTS ANTS!!! It’s really sad how I put in for a pest control request, and my request gets marks as “COMPLETED” I submitted two requests, back in February. Neither of them were “completed” because, I’m always home and I know when someone is at my door. My kids and I are getting bit by ants everyday! I spray raid all day long, Do the office staffs not care about their tenants??? Of course they don’t!! Why? They never seem to answer their phones, or responds back to the voicemail! If I could break my lease, I really would!! Not because of the neighbors, they’re friendly! But, the area isn’t at its best, plus the office staffs aren’t doing their job! I’ve been here nearly 5 months, and I’m really fed up at this point!

I want to say thank you to the whole office staff Wanda, Marquis, Tasha, Delilah & Francisco. It was quite a process with getting in but I was in before thanksgiving to be able to enjoy with my family. Thank y'all for everything and I really appreciate everything y'all have done. So far so good when it comes to this community being quiet and peaceful. I love my spacious apartment.
