Taylor Lofts at the Dallas Farmers Market

Been here for almost a month and the move in process was easy and welcoming. Axam has been very responsive and has made this transition extremely easy. So far, it seems like a great community with great people.

While Sam & Axam are pleasant to work with upon move-in. My tenure living here is not that so. First 2 days of move in, my washer machine was not working, turned out to be a breaker issue (consisted more work than a turn on switch fix). Later the dryer. Tub was also clogged upon running water with last tenant’s hair in drain, disgusting. Kitchen breaker has to be turned on every 10 minutes for refrigerator and rest of power in kitchen to work. Several ER and general maintenance requests have been made for months on kitchen breaker. Maintenance stated other than "temporary fix", they don't know what else to do. Reached out to management via email about follow-up, no response. Cannot keep throwing out food due to this matter should unit persist in proving itself inhabitable to live in. Reached out to Renee, Lori, & general taylor lofts. In response to the comment submitted to this review (screenshot): a response was only given once I escalated by reaching out to parent company of complex. Days prior to you all’s comment, your leasing agent asked me to consider removing this review as you all have worked “hard” to market this property though not keep the business of a tenant who has never been late on rent and respectful.

I have been living at the Taylor Lofts for over a month now and ever since I walked into the leasing office to tour the units it has felt like home. ❤️ Everyone at the office is so welcoming and always greets you with a smile. Axam by far is the most caring leasing agent I have met! I toured many places before signing here and it is evident he genuinely goes above and beyond to match you with a place that meets your needs. He is always there to help with any questions or concerns you may have before and even after signing. I can’t thank him enough for everything he has done. Also the maintenance and security crew are always on top of things. It takes them almost no time at all to response and properly resolve any issues. The whole FM area is very safe and clean. I didn’t have to think twice about deciding to live here and have not regretted my decision one bit!

Axam is truly exceptional. From the moment we connected, he felt like family—patient, genuine, and deeply committed to his word. Every promise he made, he kept, which is a rare quality. He took the time to truly understand what I was looking for, spending an hour in meaningful conversation to uncover my needs. Despite visiting numerous apartments, Axam knew exactly how to guide me to the right community in just 10 minutes. His presence is not only impactful but also invaluable to any community lucky enough to have him. I feel blessed to have him as part of ours.

I am 1 week in as new resident here at Taylor Lofts and my gosh, I am just absolutely head over heels with the complex, the staff, the area - just everything and everyone! I toured earlier this year with Axam and I was immediately sold, as both Axam and Sam went above and beyond! I went over on a Saturday to tour and I was having trouble finding parking since it can get pretty busy on the weekends - I called the office and Axam offered to jump into my car to help guide me to the nearest parking spot. Literally from the moment I was looking for parking, until the very end of the tour, I was just in completely AWE and I felt right at home! On top of that, seeing the units, the finishes, the beautiful facility and the area?! I was ready to move in right then and there lol. Axam was very informative, answered any questions I had and just made the entire application and move-in process so simple and quick for me! I am so grateful to have met such incredible human beings who truly seem to care for their current and future residents. I had toured many apartments prior to Harvest/Taylor Lofts, and I’ve never received the most wonderful, top tier customer service that I’ve received here. So incredibly thankful!! I cannot wait to get to know the rest of the staff to properly thank every single one of you guys! 🫶🥲
