I lived here for about 7 years and loved it! Maria, the manager was always so helpful and made sure that any service orders were taken care of right away. I never had an issue living here, thw maintenance crew was always friendly and helpful as well.

this is the fourth day of not having hot water at this place. This place really sucks. They have all the amenities, but you can’t use any of them. I Was running late to work this whole week Monday and Tuesday now it’s Wednesday because of no hot water. I have a membership at 24 hour fitness because I can’t use the gym that’s on the property at all now again I’m up early So I can go shower at the gym when I just paid my rent here and don’t have hot water but again I have to go shower somewhere else this place and the management is a joke. I just paid my rent and they wanna have the maintenance people coming in and out of our apartment again snooping around to see what they can steal instead of going to check the boiler and making sure we have hot water. Stop trying to worry about what’s on our apartments and go fix what needs to be fixed. This place is infested with cockroaches. They’re always breaking into cars here this place really sucks. I’m not renewing my lease here. And this is going to corporate. I’m tired of this. This is every week. Something’s going on here for me not to be able to shower in my own home is not cool. I’m never late on my rent. Never management is a joke here nothing gets done unless it’s to benefit them like breaking into your car snooping around your apartment.

Let me give an honest review. This whole place is infested with roaches and they never go away. When I mean infested I mean it. The manager is rude. The parking sucks and you will not find anything after 7 pm. Hallways smell like weed. The rent is cheap you get what you pay for. One of the maintenance people is weird. Strange man. The other people from the office are nice though. I can say it’s quiet at night. Not a party place or anything like that. If you’re looking to throw parties DONT. Do not leave your packages outside they will get stolen. They have these inspections like every month so be aware of that. The apartments are big though I will say that. Not the worst apartments but I recommend to look elsewhere due to the roaches.

I just renewed my lease. This will be the 5th year we live here. The manager, Maria, keeps this complex clean and orderly. You're NOT going to see people drinking and being loud in the parking lot or trash everywhere. The rules are enforced here and it makes this place a nice, quiet, safe place to live. The maintenance staff is top notch. More often than not, maintenance requests get taken care of the same day. That's just unheard off. The landscaping people keep the grounds well maintained and looking nice. All in all, we are very happy living here.

Crime is gonna happen anywhere, doesn't matter where u go, they'll steal/break into ur car right in front of ur driveway IF U HAVE A HOME...I took extra safety measures and got agarage. Me and my kids mind our business and feel safe here. Remember these are apts NOT A HOUSE. If I have a maintenance issue it's handled in a timely manner, The property is always clean and doesn't look like other apts where you have trash and beer bottles all in the parking lot. At least we have plants and flowers here vs just dirt. Security randomly drive the parking lot but is visible and seen throughout the night. It would be great if we had security all night on property but it's a security that randomly patrols. One thing that I like is that the property Mgr (Ms Maria) is always walking the parking lot and trying to make sure the property is clean and safe, if shes not in the office shes driving that golf cart. At least she just doesn't stay in the office, she's proactive.. Looking forward to renewing my lease.
