I had a wonderful experience touring this apartment complex. The moment I walked in, it felt like home. The space was filled with natural light, incredibly clean, and the floor plans were thoughtfully designed and just made sense. Jordyn, who gave me the tour and helped with my lease, was absolutely amazing. She was kind, warm, and genuinely welcoming, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable and excited about my decision. I highly recommend this community, and if you get the chance to work with Jordyn, you’re in great hands.

Me and my girlfriend moved from a complex next door and i'm so happy we did! jordyn was wonderful and made us feel welcome. we have been here almost a month and no complaints. Jordyn and her staff and attentive and super friendly. we love it here so far! thank you guys!

I pulled up for my tour not knowing what to expect, but baby… this place showed out. The moment I walked in, everything was clean, bright, and actually looked like the pictures — which is rare as hell these days. The vibe was modern but still cozy, the kind of space that makes you wanna kick off your shoes and claim a corner as your own. Kamitia was Cool as hell. No weird sales pressure, no rushed answers — just someone who know their stuff and actually care. They walked me through everything, broke down the amenities, and didn’t sugarcoat anything. I appreciate that. The finishes were nice, the layout made sense, and the whole building just felt safe, calm, and grown. Honestly, it gave “new chapter energy” and I loved that. If you want a place that’s beautiful and run by people who treat you like a human being, this spot definitely deserves a look. My tour was smooth, easy, and low-key made me excited about moving — and I don’t say that lightly.

My experience finding an apartment was smooth from start to finish. The tour was straightforward, detailed, and answered every question I had. She kinda funny. But i was doing a lot of fake laughing. Her jokes could use some work. BUT Kamitia Watson made the entire process easy with her kindness and professionalism. She walked me through every step and made sure I understood everything clearly. I felt supported the entire time, ya boy moves in Saturday!!🕺🏾. I truly appreciate Kamitia and all of her efforts. I already know the rest of my stay here will be great! I’ll be a great tenant!🙌🏾
