Sylvan Thirty Apartments

The hallway by the pool, gym, and main elevator has an absolutely awful smell. It’s a strong, rancid odor that seems to be coming from something rotten, and it lingers all the way down the hall near my apartment. It’s honestly the most disgusting smell I’ve ever encountered. Please address this as soon as possible!

Update from Stacey Booker : I still do not have my refund checks. Silvan thirty and corporate have stopped replying back to my emails as well as not returning my calls. This corporation is taking money on purpose and not even trying to be pleasant or accommodating. Kimesha, George, and Jordan have not helped or updates me at all about my refund checks which is $500 on total. Kimesha told me that she has a move in and she doesn’t have time to speak upon the matter. I had to call from a different number for the complex to even answer the phone. I will be going to the furthest extent this is unacceptable. This complex should be shut down .

I had a constant annoying buzzing sound in my room for a month and nobody could pin point where it was coming from but the maintenance guy Daniel was able to come right in and find out what was causing the noise in less than 5 minutes! Thank you so much Daniel!

Jordyn was amazing, she made my move in smooth, also when I transfer to a new apartment she was more than patient with me with the move out
