I have lived at Strata for almost 3 years now and this is what I have to say: At first everything was great, but management has gotten worst the past 2 years. My biggest complaints: - Safety: Cars keep getting broken into and gates are always broken, no cameras or security present - Valet Trash: we pay for valet trash monthly ($35/month), however they rarely come, and when I brought to the attention of management and requested we be reimbursed for the lack of valet trash service, I was told to reach out to Valet trash directly myself - Cockroach problems: I’ve had cock roach problems, and now my friend has a terrible infestation - Amenity fee: we are charged $20/month for amenities and throughout the year our “amenities” such as the sky deck have been closed/unusable - Leasing staff: When asking info transferring units, I was given false info from a leasing agent and I had to work directly with another staff member (Sundae) due to inconsistent info - Packages: Packages are often stolen and do not end up where they are supposed to be

A lot of really negative things to say here. From day 1 this place has disappointed me Management has no idea how to support their residents, always finding excuses for why things go wrong rather than just fixing them. Valet trash service is the biggest waste of money, but also not optional. Expect to have trash service not show up more than they do. Garage gates and elevators frequently go down, often times with no notice from management. Break ins are inevitable, management will just say that they’re working with law enforcement yet there’s no improvement. There’s allegedly a security guard on site but i’ve lived here for 8 months and never seen them, so not sure what they actually do. To my knowledge the cameras do not work, so good luck with any form of investigation. Overall, a lot of bad here. The pool is cool, dog park is nice, (although it’s basically a neighborhood park since everyone in the area knows the code) and it’s pretty quiet. However, i’m not sure these outweigh the cons of living here, and I’d argue most of the current residents feel similarly.

Another day living at Strata, another break-in. This is the third time my car has been broken into since living here. Walking out this morning, I counted 8 cars, EIGHT CARS, that had been hit. And once again, there’s no point in bringing it up to the leasing staff. They’ll scoff, tell you this is “normal,” and say there’s nothing they can do. They did claim they upgraded their security a few months ago… yet I’ve never seen a security vehicle. Even better, the cameras are “always broken,” so 🤷🏻♀️ guess there’s no hope. All I can do is warn you: DON’T live here. Stay safe out there!

If you read any review on here let it be this one — I would strongly suggest this be your last place to live if you value your safety and wellbeing. The first of my two car break-ins happened on the top floor where the passenger side window was shattered. I reported it to the staff to which they responded with “actually that’s not our fault pull out your contract and read about how we aren’t liable.” Never once a sorry nor an ounce of sympathy. I also asked about potential camera footage to which they astutely pointed out their cameras are usually down and just so happened to be down this night as well. The best part? I filed a police report to which the police officers called me multiple times informing me that the leasing staff wasn’t cooperative and wasn’t responding to them. They informed me this is usual behavior from this specific apartment complex. The second break-in happened just last night where they took $400 worth of golf clubs. This was in a gated garage that I pay $3000 a month to park in mind you. I haven’t even bothered reaching out to the leasing staff as I am already anticipating the pitiful response similar to the last time. I am already looking forward to the response I will get to this review calling this an “ongoing issue in the area” or how they have “limited control” over these situations or some other response placing the blame on literally anybody else but themselves. The staff much prefers to work on their pet of the month flyers and coffee to go in the lobby as opposed to ever addressing the MASSIVE security issue they have in this building or the fact that our valet trash comes about once a week (that’s a whole other subject). I’ll say it once more, if you care about your safety and security, or better yet you are a female, RUN to literally any other apartment complex but this one.

I have lived here for about 7 months. Typical apartment - a little scammy and some minor issues, but that happens everywhere. Location is great and amenities are nice. Maintenance, specifically Carlos, has been amazing, so 1 star for that. Major issues began when I reported a leak a little over a week ago. Per maintenance's instructions, fans have been running consistently in my apartment for about 9 days. My energy usage has doubled, the fans are loud and disruptive, and the drywall remains wet. Despite multiple emails and detailed documentation provided to management, I have received no response to my concerns, specifically regarding potential MOLD, ODOR caused by the leak, the repair timeline, increased electricity costs, and ROACHES (which are attracted to water/moisture). Carlos and the maintenance team have acted promptly and professionally. Unfortunately, management’s silence, lack of transparency, and disregard for resident concerns have made this experience unnecessarily stressful. Management is terrible. See previous reviews and filter by most recent. This place has gone downhill significantly in a short amount of time.
