Up until this point all of my reviews for SSOL have been positive. However, I feel compelled to speak up about the ongoing amenity issues. The pool was closed from March 23 through April 20 and then closed again on May 7 until further notice. As we move into the hottest part of the year, residents have been unable to enjoy the pool and grilling areas for an extended period of time, with no clear timeline for reopening. What makes this particularly frustrating is that these are amenities residents pay for as part of the community experience. After months of limited access, the closures have become a significant inconvenience and feel unfair to residents who continue to pay for amenities they cannot use. Additionally, the property website advertises Wi-Fi in the common areas, but there is currently no Wi-Fi available. If an amenity is being advertised, residents should reasonably expect it to be available. I understand that maintenance issues happen and that some repairs are unavoidable. My concern is less about the closures themselves and more about the length of time these amenities have been unavailable, the lack of a clear resolution, and the absence of any accommodation for residents affected by these ongoing issues. I would also be remiss if I didn't mention that, from a resident's perspective, these types of inconveniences seem to have become more frequent since the transition from Lantower to Greystar management. Whether related or not, the timing has been noticeable. I hope management can provide better communication, restore these amenities as soon as possible, and ensure residents receive the level of service and amenities that attracted many of us to the property in the first place.

Another update. This is going on my third year in the building and I still really enjoy it. Broderick the assistant manager is always available and attentive. The only downside is the visitor parking AND the most annoying for me is the pool. It’s literally always closed when it should be open. I feel like a lot of the maintenance could and should be done during the winter months. Instead, it seems like every summer it’s closed which is a huge bummer for me because it’s the only amenity I even use. Over all it’s quiet, maintenance is amazing and it’s always clean! Update - I have lived here going on 7 months now and my experience has remained the same. The office has been overly helpful with any issues that have came up. They clean the building daily. They have events all of the time so if you enjoy that kind of thing it is great to meet your neighbors. Literally no noise from neighbors. Parking in the front is very limited but other than that everything has been great!! Keenan has been great through the whole movie in process. He went above and beyond for assistance with move in day and has been very responsive and helpful since I have actually moved in. The community itself is great and I have already referred many people.

I had such an amazing experience touring with David. From the very beginning, he was incredibly attentive, detailed, and genuinely kind. He took his time to walk me through everything and never made me feel rushed, which made a huge difference. Finding a new place can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re navigating such a personal transition. It’s not always easy to feel understood in those moments, but David created such a comfortable and welcoming environment. He made me feel at ease, heard, and even excited about starting this new chapter. I’m truly grateful for his patience and professionalism—he made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and positive. Thank you, David, for going above and beyond.
