Boss Lady Nguyen is truly amazing! She really pulled strings to help get me into this apartment after I explained my school situation and how important it was for me to live close by. She went above and beyond for me, and I’m so grateful. She’s sweet as candy, very welcoming, and honestly so funny 😂 — she made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. For anyone looking for an apartment, this place really feels like a community. The staff are very friendly, the apartments are clean, and it feels safe living here. I’m really happy I chose this place.

Great apartments, honestly. Compared to others I’ve been in, these are pretty clean and concerned about the safety of its tenants. They always warn us about upcoming changes, dangers or security. The service is also very good, if there’s any problems they are quick to solve them for you.

I live in this apartment. It is very safe here. It is also very clean and beautiful. The apartment manager is very kind. she will help us with any problems we may have, when apt have problem need fix, maintenance come to take care very quick, kids also happy because they have play ground to spend time.

I am living in this complex since years. When I moved in, the apartment was very clean and newly renovated. The security is very good and I feel save since there is security in the night shift. Whenever there is a problem, I can easily schedule an appointment with the maintenance and they get the job done very quickly. The manager is is so sweet and supportive, I meet her regularly and feel like she is a part of the family. She is very responsible and take care of everything nicely. So happy that I moved here and I recommend it to anyone moving to Dallas. Thank you Solarium Apartments! ❤️

We have been here for a while. New to the USA. We felt welcomed from our first steps in the office. The Manager is really friendly and welcoming and went beyond her job title to accommodate us. Our apartment is modern, clean and very pleasant aesthetic. Thank you so much for making our first home setup experience in the US a pleasure.
