Buyer beware! We sold after 2 years. First and foremost ask about your parking spot or spots. Not all units get the same parking despite being overpriced. And they never tell you when something bad happens. They simply send out emails stating to don’t leave your cars unlocked or valuables in plain site. All you have to do is look at the high turn over and you’ll see why everyone is selling. Leaks galore. The HOA is horrendous if not for the one person who is their president, who seems like she is the only one who try’s to help anyone.

The homeowners association is horrible. The elevators are no longer being manufactured and parts are almost impossible to get. They are always breaking and not working. The pipes break all the time doing damage to units and the water having to be shut off to the whole building. There is no place to relieve your pets without walking the pets on very hot pavement. I am a REALTOR and would advise to NOT buy in this building. There will be huge assessments in the near future.

My mother lives here. She has been here for the last 10+ years and loves the place. It is a wonderful place to live with a lot of amenities.

Great place! Friendly staff, super clean building, and the security is on top of everything. This is an awesome location, as it is next to the New AT&T event center and so many other attractions downtown.
