Kailien and Becca were great to work with and made the entire apartment search, leasing, and utilities transfer process so easy! Kailien worked to help me find an apartment within my budget and with all of must-haves. She provided me with many options and was always very attentive and helpful with any questions I had. After singing my lease, Becca helped me with confirming all of my utilities and also provided me with resources for other moving needs which was extremely helpful! She also helped me find better rates for electric/wifi! All in all, Smart City was great to work with and I would recommend to anyone!!

His communication was spot on, and he made the entire process much easier and less stressful. Matthew was also amazing during my apartment search. I sent him several TikToks of apartments I was interested in, and he went out of his way to help me locate the exact complexes, even when the names weren’t visible. He also helped schedule apartment tours and made the search process very smooth. As a first-time renter, I really appreciated how seamless everything felt.
