Lived here 3 years just moved out 3/2026. Greystar manages this property, with greystar came one rude and disrespectful lease agent who confidently talks down to residents behind on rent. I've experienced her nasty behavior on two occasions. Both times I was shocked by the language she used to speak to me. Very unprofessional, arguably racist. If you've have a bad experience with a lease agent here please do tell. I had to seek rental assistant one year. My assistance from the urban league was rejected by the property. After they had been informed I was seeking this assistance for months. At no point did they tell me they wouldn't accept the money. Not until I needed them to sign paperwork to accept the payment. This made a hardship far far worse and almost resulted in me becoming homeless. Please if you've had rental assistance accepted or denied do tell. Moving on... the water is cut off several times a week. This has been an issue for the entirety of my residency. On one occasion a water leak damaged my belongings in my bedroom closet. Last major complaint... this property is roach infested. Roaches crawl on the walls all hours of the day. You'll find roaches in all rooms, not just the typical rooms with plumbing. ROACHES WILL GET IN YOUR FRIG!!! Honorable mentions... - homeless sometimes camp in the lobby. - pet owner never clean up after their pet goes potty in elevators or lobby, this building is clean twice a day. - heating and cooling can get overwhelmed and stop working. One year the building had to give e residents a portable a/c. We could only cool one room at a time. -beware packages left unattended will disappear. They do have a locker for packages at a cost. - doors call box doesn't work, fob sometimes dont work when trying to open a door. The gate is often out of service. -elevators malfunction on occasion both will be out of service, which was inconvenient for me living of the 10th floor. But a serious obstacle for elderly living on higher levels. -SEVERAL CAR THEFTS AND BREAK INS. One night I interrupted my own car being stolen. As I walk to my car I seen people walking away from the car. I got to my car to find my door handle ripped off and my steering column taken apart. Yes true story. on a more positive note the remodel was well done. My unit 1020 had a beautiful view of downtown dallas. This view is very unique. Great amenities, especially for pet parents. Nice holiday events thrown by staff. Overall, this place is a slum.
