I have absolutely loved living here! The property is always well-maintained, and the grounds are kept clean, tidy, and beautiful. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in making this a great place to call home. A special shoutout to Hayley in the office—she is incredibly helpful, professional, and always goes above and beyond to assist residents. Whether I have a question or need help with something, she is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about making sure everything is taken care of. The combination of excellent management, well-kept grounds, and outstanding customer service makes this community stand out. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place to live!

staff here is incredible and kind, specifically hayley who works at the front desk. i’ve lived here for a while and each time i go to the office with any concerns, she’s always willing to help. this is the second apartment i’ve lived at and both the assistance and atmosphere exceeded the expectations i had after moving out of my previous building. lovely place and people here:)

Don't know about I put work order in no respond at all and now 3 days no hot water and no email tiles falling and water leak unprofessional still the same oh my came to do work and my apartment is a hot mess with Sheetrock all through my apartment

Have lived here for six years. And the clientele has gone done. Parties with drinking in the parking lot. Residents having parties and blaring their music. Had narcotic unit here last year trying to do a drug bust. Had street walkers above me. Three years ago came home from a closing shift to find apt next to me having a party on the landing. There was broken beer ootyles on the steps with blood and vomiting everywhere. Two guys came at me grabbing their crotches. Had to call police to get into my apt. Would come out of my apt to beer bottles and trash everywhere. Constantly calling patrol on the parties. Can’t sleep for someone’s music cause their bass is turned to loud. I am trying to find another place cause it is still happening. My car has been hit by the drunks pulling out and it doesn’t seem the new mgmt is taking car of it. Don’t move into building 13 cause that’s where all the party people live. Terrible apts if you are a senior citizen. No laundry mats. They are locked up.

The office staff!! They are quite inefficient at providing solutions to problems you have to come and discuss with them!! I would really appreciate a change in personnel! Or that they take responsibility for providing good customer service!!! Sometimes you urgently need to resolve your problems, and because of them, you can't because they are so inefficient! They don't meet the standard of professionalism!!! UPDATE I think this management is the same as, or worse than, the previous one. They tell you they're going to solve your problems with the apartment, and nothing happens. If you see this comment, don't come and rent here. They have old equipment, and the stoves, bathrooms, walls, and parking spaces don't work—everything is horrible here. The only good thing for them is how much they charge you to rent an apartment, so don't come; it's not a good place.
