Most pass judgement based on the reputation of previous management but I must say as a resident going on 4 years now…I APPRECIATE OUR MANAGEMENT (JUDY/ALIDA) & MAINTENANCE STAFF SO MUCH FOR ALL THE HARD WORK THEY’VE DONE AND CONTINUE TO DO!! From the renovations (personal AC/Heating units), security cameras to make sure our community stays SAFE, family oriented scenery with occasional events for the kids, prompt/friendly maintenance staff and the ease/ability to communicate with the office is why I’ve enjoyed residing here! It’s not WHERE you live but HOW you live and on my end it’s always been a pleasurable experience!!

I've lived here for over two years and this place has changed for the better TREMENDOUSLY!!! have nothing but positive experiences with the Management they goes above and beyond to provide a family oriented environment, Yudy and Alida are exceptional very helpful and attentive easy to talk to and to work with you when having issues. maintenance, work on your orders right away to get them fix, I see them clean the property every morning It's they do everything they can to allow a comfortable and quiet place. The administration is amicable and always ready to help the tenant. For those who still have doubts about the A/C there were all replace with new ones and now you have your own (cold and hot) we also have security in the property. Let me point out that since I’ve lived here I have not seen one mice or roaches in my apartment extremely happy about that! Without a doubt, Sierra Nevada is a great place to live!

Stopped by this property today to get information, but first i had to do my drive around see how it looked . I can say this property looks clean, i stepped in the office Maria the leasing agent greeted me as i walked in. Love her personality she is bubbly great customer service by the way! Also the manager judy offered me a bottle of water. So far this is the best apartment complex office ive visited and gave me a great customer service, not only that but they explained everything i needed to apply.... i cant wait to start my journey at my new apartment!!!!!

I really like the new management we have! Things have changed for the better here! They are willing to work with you if you work with them! All security cameras work also we have our own personal air conditioner and heater unit! Apartment is always at the temperature you need it to be! New unit is working well! Thanks 🙏🏿
