My time is done at this apartments, I really don’t want to leave 🥹. This place feels like home a peace home to live, Been here 1 yr but one of the best compared to the other places I been renting, Javier the office guy treats everyone like family, I always have my grandkids around every at the complex is so friendly, If I ever come back to Dallas for sure this will be home again 🥰

Hello, we still live here after three years and are still having a great experience neighbors are normally quiet around us and maintenance is extremely prompt in addressing any issue. You have the people in the office have always been kind and helpful. This has been one of the best experiences with an apartment i have ever had.

Javier has been great. He always answers my calls quickly and responds fast to any questions I have. The apartment is really nice too. Overall, really happy with the experience. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve been living here since February 2024 and just resigned my lease again. I love this place. It’s clean, appliances are new, high ceilings and big windows. A lot of natural light. Maintenance team is also amazing. Leasing agent Javier is nicest person. He is always ready to help, always kind and welcoming.
