I’ve been living at Seville Uptown since 2024 and have really enjoyed my experience. The team is always helpful and attentive. Joel is great and consistently goes above and beyond, and Josh, the assistant manager, has also been wonderful to work with. It’s clear they care about the residents and the community here.

Our tour by Joel was helpful and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable and genuinely kind taking personable details and finding us the right fit. Upon calling the community, Josh was just as supportive. We look forward to leasing with Seville and seeing the 5 star quality of the community first hand.

I moved in at the beginning of 2025 and honestly have zero complaints. This place already feels like home. The community itself is great and they have been making some solid updates too. They recently redid all the hallway carpets and paint and it made such a huge difference. Little things like that really show they care about keeping the property nice. One thing that still gets me is being able to pull in with my toll tag to get through the gate. Never lived anywhere that had that before and it is such a simple but awesome convenience. Also being right down the street from Cedar Springs is a huge plus. All the restaurants, bars and clubs are literally just a walk away which is hard to beat. The monthly resident events are always a good time and a nice way to connect with neighbors. And the staff across the board is just solid. Everyone in the office is friendly and actually helpful whenever you need something, and the maintenance team is quick and on top of everything. Really happy I made the move here.

I recently moved out after living at Seville Uptown for a year, and I’ll truly miss it. Joel is hands down the best leasing manager I’ve had he’s incredibly friendly, genuinely cares, and has gone above and beyond to help me multiple times. Savannah was very helpful and made the move out process easy and smooth. The location is super convenient for highway access if you commute, and it’s not a bad walk to the trail either

From the moment we toured Seville, we knew it was the apartment for us! The community was welcoming, clean, and up-to-date. The amenities are great and we love our apartment and layout. We've only been living here for a month, but we've already attended a resident event and look forward to more. Joel has been kind and accommodating from the start. Looking forward to building our lives here!
