San Jacinto Dallas Apartments

I absolutely loved my 1 year stay at these apartments. It's a small property which is what I loved about it very intimate and welcoming. Friendly staff and manager. I miss it here. It's truly a place to call home. Perfect area. Access to local bars and restaurants that offer delicious cuisine. Right outside of downtown dallas so you get that "Urban city life" kind of feeling. Also has gyms on property and a 24 hr gym nearby. This place is really treasure. Enjoy your stay. 😎

I went to visit my friend at her new apartment I love the the kitchen design, and pool! I really recomend living here. Its a quiet area which is the best part!

Horrible apartment complex to live in. All of their buildings are roach infected and many people have left due to the lack of maintenance and the property manager Belinda. She is horrible. I complained about the roaches for months and the property manager Belinda, never called anyone to come spray or anything. It’s not safe living there as some of the tenants are drug dealers and have people coming in and out of the buildings non stop. Someone tried to break into my apartment and when I showed Belinda the video she didn’t take it seriously. The place is horrible to live in and most of the apartments are AIRBNB’s. HORRIBLE AND ROACH INFECTED. In summary I t’s NOT SAFE, ROACHES, and the Maintenance staff is lazy and do nothing.

I’ve been living here for almost two year's, and I can confidently say that Belinda and her staff are outstanding! From the moment I moved in, they’ve been professional, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to making this community a great place to live. Belinda goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel heard and valued. Whether it’s handling maintenance requests quickly or organizing community events, she leads with care and efficiency. The entire staff is friendly, approachable, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. What stands out the most is how proactive they are in keeping the property well-maintained and safe. I’ve had a few minor maintenance issues, and they were addressed promptly with excellent communication throughout the process. The grounds are always clean, and you can tell the staff takes pride in their work. Thank you, Belinda and team, for making this a wonderful place to call home! I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming community.

Five star all the way it's very clean each kitchen equipped with a dishwasher you have a washer and dryer inside maintenance is on the spot get the job done and it's quiet and peaceful that's surprised me the apartments are very very beautiful the manager is a people person if you're honest and communicate with your work with you help you all she can what I love about it also is the fact that the manager Ms Belinda makes sure we are on notice for example if the water is going to be Shut off she will have notice on your door letting you know, I really do. Love it here.
