27-A I have been living here now 7 years and I have never had an issue renewing my lease until this year. They have always put a letter at my door and emailed me a renewal until this year. I have received no email or letter for renewal. I went to the office and asked about my renewal and was told they had sent a renewal to me email. I doubled checked they had the right email and they did on February 13th. The woman in the office said she would have to check with her manager about sending me a renewal of lease but she is out of town. My lease ends as of February the 26th ( which is 9 days from now)and I am trying not to wait till the last minute but I seem to be getting the run around and I am now worried that they are waiting till the lease is up so the can evict me after 7 loayal years of paying my rent on time. I have always paid my rent even during Covid. I am not understanding why they can’t renew my lease or notify me that they are not going to renew my lease. I have been treated very differently by the new employees and have fixed anything that has broken in my apartment because I seem to get attitude anytime I have asked for anything to be fixed. This has been the only home I have known since moving from Florida to Mississippi and the only issue that has concerned me since being here is that I seem to be treated differently as white male and dismissed when I have voiced any concerns. I would like an answer about if they are going to renew my lease or not instead of constantly being given excuses. I would like an answer from corporate on why the color of my skin should make any difference on how I am treated given I have always paid my rent and taken care of my apartment, and fixed anything that has ever broken myself. 27-A 51 at Southaven Southaven Mississippi 38671

I’ve lived at the Glen at Polo in Bentonville since April of 2025. In June my apartment flooded. They hooked fans up and it took days, no compensation on the electric used. Poor repair, the ceiling was still wet when they started repairing over it. My mailbox key was not the correct one and they redid it multiple times, they lost the key to my apartment, no pest control entered or knocked until I made a fuss about it. Rodent problems started in September and have yet to be remedied. I have rodents in my vent which recently put me in the hospital the week before Christmas with a double kidney infection due to long term exposure in the air. I am still taking medicine as well as experiencing more health issues. I have recently been diagnosed with rsv and pneumonia. My heat has been out since the first week of January and they have yet to fix that. I have caught multiple rodents, had multiple issues, and have noticed that there is no response from cooperate or the front office when the problem is brought up. There are a lot of issues that are not being fixed. My electric bill for months was around 4-500, someone in the office had told me that they were on vacation for a month with no one in their apartment and their bill was $600!! Great place at the start, but has slowly gone downhill.

As of Wed 1/14. NO REPLY TO ISSUE FROM MANAGEMENT. Saturday - 1/10/26 I've been in this apt complex for 18+ yrs and the last week since 12/31/25 I've had a flood (it took them 9 days to extract the water & repair the orginial waterheater busted pipe on 1/9/26). AGAIN This morning 1/10 the waterheater pipe busted and flooded the ENTIRE 2 bd apt. It took the on call maintenance 30 minutes to response. The on call office personnel was not cooperative about placing me into another unit (since my unit was not liveable afterward). Told me I would have to wait until Monday 1/12 (3 days) for a response from the community mgr to respond to the problem. Being disable & unable to walk there was no solution to a complete flooding; as the apt was completely unliveable. This problem was not resolved; as I'm having too go to & financially be responsible for a hotel housing for 2+ days. I need an immediately reply to this major disaster; since the on call personnel (maintenance & office) wouldn't response nor reply. 28- C 51@Southaven Apts Southaven MS

And R and R please do not put a auto answer on this complaint about contacting you because I've already contacted you and your office here in Arkansas. You do not care!!!! STILL GREEN POOLS AS OF July 13 2025. I THINK THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX DOES NOT WANT TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH CHILDREN AND THE SWIMMING POOL AND THAT'S WHY THEY KEEP IT NOT Usable. THEY FINALLY FIXED THE AIR CONDITIONING IN THE GYM AND NOW CHILDREN ARE GOING IN THERE ALL THE TIME I ASSUME THEIR PARENTS ARE GIVING THEM THE ACCESS CODE. 73 twenty five apartment aka Riverpointe apartment, North Little Rock Arkansas. This is the second summer living here. Pools are green once again as they were last year in 2024 I complained to the office I complained to r&r living and nothing was done. Here it is 2025 the pools are green what is so sad is they spent money replastering one of the pools and now it sits green. There is no riverfront view it is blocked by private real estate. This place is trashy as trashy can be and I cannot wait to buy a house and move out! I'm paying $1,600 for this!
