Ema and Clyde are very attentive, warm and inviting. We moved in 2 weeks ango and everything from the tour to move-in day was exceptional. Ema gave us our tour and we fell in love immediately. Clyde assisted us on move in day and it went great as well. They respond quickly and provide amazing service.

Jessica at Ross & Peak was absolutely wonderful! She greeted me with great energy and a warm smile, listened attentively, and answered all my questions with professionalism and care. The community is beautiful, modern, and in a fantastic location. I truly enjoyed my visit and highly recommend Jessica and the team at Ross & Peak! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had an amazing experience working with Ema as my Assistant Community Manager. From the very beginning, she truly listened to what I was looking for and tailored her search specifically to my needs. I was pretty indecisive about which floor plan to choose, but Ema was incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. She took the time to walk me through multiple floor plans without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was her dedication and support during the application process. She guided me step-by-step, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and manageable. Because of her guidance and commitment, I was able to secure my apartment at an incredible price — truly a steal! Ema is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about helping residents find the right fit. I’m so grateful for her support and would highly recommend working with her.

Clyde was an outstanding host during my tour of Ross + Peak Apartments. I was thoroughly impressed with how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. He took the time to walk me through all of the amenities, answered every question clearly, and demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the tour. The experience was welcoming, informative, and stress-free. Truly one of the best apartment tour experiences I’ve had in Dallas.

I had a great tour with Clyde. He was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He gave a great overview of the property and was easy to communicate with. I felt very welcomed when I walked through the door and I was greeted right away. He made sure I received emails for lease options and the virtual tours before I departed.
