Great customer service. Quiet place of living

Writing an honest review after living in these apartments for a year now. Absolutely worth the time. The leasing office manager Carlos is amazing and always available for anyone and anything. These are my pros and cons for these apartments. Pros- pet friendly. And tenants actually tend to their animals and clean up after them. Also if you are late on rent and you speak to the leasing office they will absolutely help you in anyway they can. There is always parking. The community is always friendly and welcoming. Maintenance is one call away and they are prompt and respectful. The areas are cleaned periodically and the dumpster areas are kept up with. Laundry Mat on sight. Peaceful outdoor activities. Apartment is kept up nicely and have a lot of storage space. They are also spacious. Two parking spaces per apartment. 1 overhead parking and one regular. Packages- I ordered a lot of packages and have received every one! Also HUGE plus is they won’t raise your rent until after a couple years of living here. Cons- roaches( not overloaded but every now and then) not uncommon for apartments though. Laundry mat has some non working washers. Parks can be updated better. Lots of solicitors (again not the apartments fault.) but overall can be annoying. Noise level is a minimum but only because the apartment complex next door can be rowdy. Other than that i absolutely recommend to everyone!
