HORRIBLE management. This complex has gone through multiple leasing managers and you can’t get ahold of ANYONE. My boyfriend and I moved out in December and we gave a notice way beforehand TWICE but they are still charging us for rent, plus a late fee, plus utilities even though our lease ended. We have tried reaching out through email AND phone call MULTPLE times but nobody will answer so here we are with outstanding charges that shouldn’t even be there. I highly do not recommend this complex or any Valient Residential properties as you can’t get into contact with them either… save yourself the money and headache.

I had a great experience touring Riverside Park Apartments. The leasing agent was incredibly nice, funny, and very personable. She assisted us throughout the entire process and took the time to answer all of our questions. It made the experience comfortable and enjoyable highly recommend!

I had a great experience living at Riverside Park Apartments. The complex is really beautiful and always well kept and the amenities were a big plus! Everything felt comfortable and well thought out. The manager was also truly amazing. She was very professional, approachable, and always available whenever I needed something. She genuinely cared and made sure any concerns were handled quickly. Overall, I felt safe and enjoyed the time I was a resident. I would highly recommend Riverside Park Apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to live & call home.

Since Ms. Kioshyi's arrival, she has shown up and showed out! Her customer service and inviting attitude has made all the difference. Her follow through has been spot on and always on time. The property has a more welcoming and cleaner feeling since her take over. Mr. Oscar also plays a big part in the cleanliness and efficiency the property has. This property is a place I could see myself at for multiple lease terms.
