Remi West Dallas Apartments

I went and toured the apts and they are very beautiful but Maria has told me over a week that I was approved and just waiting on my welcome letter, I literally have to call every day because they did not communicate well and it takes over 20 calls for them to finally answer and I get people are busy but come on. Well I spoke again yesterday to Maria she placed me on hold and another woman answered and told me the same thing I have been approved just waiting on corp for the welcome letter and finally at 6pm Maria emailed me I was denied, I dont see how this company thinks its ok to lie to people and get their hopes up because some people really need the place and on top to apply they charge $275. I basically think they are just wolfs in sheeps clothing here.

We lived here for two years. I will say the apartment complex is cute, but there is absolutely no space. The floor plan is very basic and straightforward, and it feels more suitable for young beginners or single renters. There is very little storage — no pantry cabinet and limited closet space — which made it difficult to stay organized. For the price, there are definitely better apartment options with more space and functionality. Another issue was the insurance fee. Even when you provide your own renter’s insurance policy, they still charge their insurance fee. You have to contact the office and wait for them to remove it, which can be frustrating and time-consuming. The walls/roof are not noise cancellation proof either. Overall, the property looks nice, but the lack of space and administrative issues made our experience less than ideal.
