One of the best places to live near downtown! The new resident center is incredible—there’s a fully equipped gym and yoga studio, dedicated desks and office space for remote work, a fun movie/game area, plus a beautiful kitchen and lounge that’s perfect for hosting or hanging out. The apartments themselves are spacious and beautiful, especially with the recent upgrades, and many units have great views. On top of that, the office and maintenance teams are genuinely friendly and quick to help. Most residents would tell you the same thing: this place really feels like a community, not just an apartment complex.

Wonderful property to live in with amazing people and staff. The community feels welcoming and well cared for. I especially love the fire pit during the winter—it makes everything feel so cozy and homey. The amenities are excellent, from the pool to the clubhouse, and everything is thoughtfully maintained. Living here truly feels comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend Remi Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

I’ve lived in this building for 11 years. We brought two of our three kids home from the hospital here.m but his ownership and management has really made it a home for us. The smiling faces that welcome our kids and know our names mean everything. Carley, Tatiana, Lillian, Moe and Josael are just a few of the people that make very day living here such a joy!
