Redbird Trails Apartments

We were due to move in Friday January 2nd, we had given deposit 2 weeks ahead of time. The whole time they never let us view the apartment saying it wasn’t ready or clean. We kept pushing for it, finally on Monday, 4 days before we are set to move in, they said it’s clean and ready to view. First of all, it was supposed to be 2 bedrooms . There was only one room, and the second room was open, connected to the living room. No door, no privacy. That is not a bedroom. Second, we looked under the oven drawer, under the stove top, and in the breaker box. It was COVERED in RAT POOP AND DEAD ROACHED! Immediately we left, went to the office for our money back. and they tried to act dumb and say they don’t have rodents. The manager lady said just give them their money back whatever. And that was it. We were helped by Yolanda. Although she was nice, never rude. She pushed us back as far as she could, and if we allowed it , we wouldn’t have viewed it until it was time to move in. Save your money and your troubles .

Selena was so sweet gave me all the info needed for a smooth application process. Looking forward to to moving with them.

Bad residents. Nosey. Hanging out every day drinking and partying. I reached out to the office. No help. It's time to GO!! From young to old people are TRIFLING. DISREGARD the reviews below. These apartments are TRASH. Literally there is a grown lady living here that walks around the apartments and flirts with men throughout the complex, and harassing me. And a lot of men are messy here too. They are approaching their lady neighbors for too much conversation.
