Living at Rancho Palisades has been a great experience. The leasing staff has always gone above and beyond. Their kindness and professionalism makes waking into the leasing office with any questions or concerns stress free. The Head of Maintenance (Mr. Robert) makes sure that any issue are handled with little delay. Overall a great place to call home.

I have been living at Rancho Palisades for the last two years and I've had a great experience living here. My favorite part would have to be that it is very quiet here and everyone is respectful. I love the space that I'm in and I always feel safe to be here. The management has been excellent with any concern I've ever had and they are always on top of making sure that this community is upright for everyone. I would say if you want some peace and joy live here.

This was probably the worst apartment I lived in in Dallas. Don't let the "luxury" in the name fool you there is nothing luxury about the property. It's old and outdated. The leasing staff is very unpleasant, anytime I needed to go in to ask a question they acted like I was bothering them, they could barely muster up even a smile. I was traveling for the holidays and had to turn in my keys 8 days before my lease ended, the woman in the leasing office told me that would be fine and not be an issue. She never informed me there would be any charges with this especially because I had already fully paid my rent and utilities for the month. I only stayed for 6 months and left the unit just how I found it except for tv mounting holes in the wall which I knew I'd have to pay for. I received a $350 move out charge on top of them keeping y security deposit apparently because the carpets needed to be professional cleaned. I sent them a photo of the carpet the day I moved in and the day I moved out to show them there were no stains or damage to the carpets. They said there was a hidden clause in the lease that I was responsible for getting the unit professionally carpet cleaned. Which is news to me because every apartment I've ever lived in hasn't put the maintenance of getting the unit ready for the next tenant onto the previous tenant. I paid them their $350 and weeks later their property management continued contacting me about a balance that I already paid them. Despite paying the $350, their property management continued contacting me about a balance I had already paid, making it feel like they were attempting to collect the same charge twice. I do not recommend this awful property to anyone in DFW. Oh and don't believe the good reviews you see. They incentivize their residents to lie and write good reviews by offering $100 gift cards.
