I’ve lived in a few different apartments, and this one has definitely been one of the best. The management team is very responsive and easy to work with, and the maintenance staff is always quick, professional, and helpful whenever something comes up. Overall it’s been a great place to live, and I have appreciated how well everything is taken care of!

The location is great! Very walkable to the Katy trail and restaurants yet the area is quiet. The apartments are reasonably priced for the area and finishes. There is a large fenced in dog park and the property is very secure. Management and maintenance are very responsive and helpful and my neighbors are very friendly and respectful. If you are sensitive to noise I would only recommend the top floor being that it is not a high rise some noise does travel. Overall, no real complaints and it has been a wonderful experience living here for the past couple of years!

This is my 4th year living here. I love the location of this apartment more than anything. Close to Katy trail and tons of restaurants, coffee, yoga, etc. The huge dog park is a plus for my pup and management/maintenance is very responsive.

I've lived here for a little over two years and plan to re-sign a lease for another year. This is my far my best apartment-living experience. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and fun. Management and the maintenance team are responsive, friendly, and efficient. The building itself is very safe too. The pool is nice. It's a quiet and safe building and it's always clean -- no loud music, no trash or no dog waste in the hallways, etc. After many, many years in many different apartments, I know not to take these for granted because it's not a guarantee!! Only (minor) drawback is that the units and the building are a little outdated in terms of finishes and quality -- the gym is small, the bedrooms have dated carpet and countertops, insulation isn't as great as it could be. It could certainly use some sprucing up and renovations, but these are small prices to pay. It's an extremely affordable apartment given the neighborhood. It's safe, my neighbors are great, it's in an ideal location, and the management team is wonderful. All of these positives make for a wonderful experience. Can't recommend this place enough!
