This community offers a generally peaceful environment with a strong sense of community, often hosting events and maintaining well-kept grounds. Many residents praise the friendly and helpful staff, particularly in the leasing office, and appreciate the quick response to maintenance requests. However, some prospective and current residents have experienced frustration with the application process, including issues with documentation and deposits, and recurring problems with pest control, particularly roaches, which are often cited as a significant concern.

They took our application fee 😢 and did little to help my son and I get in . Due to credit issues we didn't get in and they won't except a year worth of rent up front or 6 months . He has the credit just not 3x the rent and I have 3x times the rent in my wallet. We need help

Because of this community I changed my car 3 years ago, I’m moving my personal belongings out I’m sending them to a storage and I’m about live in my car because of what have been noted in my rental record I can’t rent an apartment anymore, My leasing contract was not renewed and I got denied every where I’m applying, I lived here for 3 years and I just wanted to thank you as I’m moving out soon … I called my mom letting her know I’m about to be homeless and she started crying, I told her not to. Thank you and God be with Princeton Court

Do NOT let the outside appearance fool you. These apartments are basically whitewashed tombs — decent-looking on the outside, but moldy, roach-infested, and disgusting on the inside. The hallways, stairs, carpets, and vents constantly smell musty and moldy. The apartments are outdated, very poorly maintained, and feel dirty no matter how much you clean. Roaches are a constant companion here, yet management still charges over $20 every month for “pest control,” which clearly does not work. The parking situation is a complete nightmare. The lot is always packed with cars that don’t even have parking permits, and management does nothing about it. The gates are almost always broken or left open, so there’s basically zero security around the property. Sketchy people constantly hang around the complex, making it feel unsafe at all hours. And don’t even get me started on the leasing office. The office staff are rude, unprofessional, and seem completely clueless about what they’re doing. Almost brain dead. Residents are constantly bombarded with annoying emails about maintenance issues, parking problems, or water shutoffs. Speaking of water shutoffs — expect them weekly. Seriously. It feels like every single week there’s another notice saying the water will be shut off again because of “pipe maintenance.” For the amount they charge, this place is unacceptable. Outdated amenities, nasty smells, broken security, roaches, constant disruptions, and terrible management make this one of the worst apartment experiences imaginable. If you're looking for old, moldy, outdated apartments that offers absolute bare minimum then this place is for you. Good luck Stay away. Seriously, stay away.
