Maintenance is awesome but office staff has to be the most miserable people ever . They just harass their residents . They act friendly just to get the lease and after that they are shitty people .These violations are ridiculous basically you can not live comfortably in your own apartment your renting without them finding any excuse to file a lease violation. Pathetic in my honest opinion...any fath property is determined to make you as miserable as the staff (excluding maintenance)

Ruuuuuuunn!!! Don't do it. They don't communicate with you or each other. Wonder why they have these portable camera stations everywhere because they are stealing from people Worst property I've dealt with my whole life. I haven't got one call back at all from no one at the property. Went through the application process sent the documents in they requested. They wanted additional documents, okay one person Daniela said send it here someone else Raven said send it here and gave me a card. Of course I sent it to the email address on the card. Still no return call so I got in the habit of calling every day to check my status. After my application was canceled twice because 1. They didn't see the email and 2. Raven said as long as you send it a couple days after due date you will be good.. FALSE! Due date was Friday Jan 15 for documents I sent them in Saturday Jan 16. The still canceled my application. Okay well Daniela said worst case you'll get your $150 just not the $60 app fee. Now I can't get back none of my money smh. Had to get my lawyer involved and dispute charges with my back smh. Never attempt to rent here.

Don't let the images fool you of what the place actually looks like. If I could, I would give negative stars, but one would have suffice. My post is based on my 3 years of experience living there. You get what you pay for. My latest experience with this place was asked to have trash disposal mixed because there was food in there, and the sink would clog every time water ran through it. Oh, did I forget to mention that this was the apartment I was transferred to because the last one I had was mold infested and had a leak that gave extra moisture in the whole house. There are also no ceiling fans in the rooms, so there's no way to disperse all the extra moisture. With that said, the mold destroyed a lot of my items, which no one compensated for my loss. Not the apartment, nor did my renters insurance. Getting back to the topic. My new apartment was roach infested (roaches were found alive on the kitchen floor, sink, counter top, refrigerator, living room wall, carpet, bathroom floor, walls, counter top and in the shower when I was showering), and the food in the broken trash disposal was feeding the roaches. Whoever I spoke with, she said my issue was not an emergency, and so maintenance will get to it when they get to it. I then decided to wait to speak to the manager about the situation, and we ended up in a debate of how they are helping but just can't reach me. She blamed me for pest control, not being able to do their job because I would not leave. It's not my fault when both the wash/dryer and pest control were scheduled on the same day and arrived at the same time. The point is that the apartment will always find ways to make it seem that the issue is your fault. Document. Document. Document. Understand that no one is trying help unless they are forced to. Trust no one there. Their words have absolutely no value. The manager promised that my trash disposal would be fixed. Was it? Nope. Of course, it's the 4th of July weekend, so nothing will be fixed till who knows when. My biggest grip is the fact that I had spent money out of my pocket to move. Not only did that happen, but they also charged me an extra rent of 11 days on top of the rent I already paid. Thank God they refunded the admin fee they originally added to my bill. It was ageed that I would not pay extra for the move and of course the opposite happened. I asked when I would be credited for the extra 11 days, they said that it was something corporate would decide, so who knows All I know is that if they don't return the funds I will spend the rest of my remaining time on the lease to find a lawyer, news station, social media to expose the health and housing violations. Also, to stop this corporate owned company from bullying tenants because they think they can. ***LIVE AT YOUR OWN RISK!*** I have plenty of pictures of the mold, roach, etc, if anyone needs more evidence of the health/housing violations of this apartment.
