I just wanted to give a shoutout to Samantha Perez at our Preston Villas apartment complex who truly goes above and beyond. From day one, She has been friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Any time I’ve had a question or maintenance request, it’s been handled quickly and with genuine care. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and really care about the residents’ experience. It makes a huge difference living in a community where you feel heard and supported. Thank you for all you do!

The office staff is courteous and eager to help. The maintenance staff is top rate. I've lived in two different apartments here spanning 24 years. What more do I need to say?

For the past ten years, this has been more than just an apartment; it has been a true home. The sense of community here is wonderful, and the management and maintenance teams have always been incredibly responsive and professional. The apartment has been consistently well-maintained, and the common areas are always clean and inviting. My long stay is a testament to the quality and comfort I've experienced here, and I'm very grateful for it.

Been here going on eight years I love living here can’t say enough about this place It is a great place to live This is the longest place. I’ve lived in. Tell you how nice this place is. Missy and Samantha are great managers. They are so helpful when you need help couldn’t ask for any two better people to run a place. The maintenance Guys are so nice. Don’t take them no time to come in and fix. Things and they keep the property nice and clean. ❤️

I been leaving at Preston Villas for 3yrs now and I can’t thank the management enough for their great job, and also maintenance team. Maintenance order I place gets done promptly. Needed to be moved to a 1st floor apartment and Samantha helped me all the way through. I really recommend Preston Villa to be your home if you’re considering for an apartment with attentive staff and management team!
