Preston Village

We (my wife and myself) have been living in this complex for the last 5 years and we are super happy to be here. We just move to our 3rd apartment (we started with the small unit 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, then we moved to 2b 2b, and now we are back to 1b1b but the bigger size apt) and each and every move has been easy and smooth. Everything has been possible thanks to the amazing Team at the front office starting with the Propety Manager Jazmine, and her team Janice and Fanny. They are always willing to listen and help, they follow up on every situation, give you solutions, the timeline for each thing, and the communication is clear. The maintenance team is a plus, starting with Wilmer, Jose, Miguel, Norberto, they are always fast, clean, respectful with us and ready to help. Once again, we are very happy and pleased to be here. Thank you all very much!!

I have been living here over 3 years now and we absolutely love it! Quiet calm no nonsense!!! Rent is also 👌 amenities are worth it too! I have 2G!!! Update: may 20th 2026 For those people talking about bugs and roaches yall can be ignored! Weve been here going 4 years in Aug and never once had any issues. The staff is great and do what we've asked and we've had a couple things replaced! Keep up the great work 😊 As for the internet bundle its been great we get 2G and works way better than our old 1g before they bundled the spectrum into the rent!

Had a tour this week and absolutely loved the layouts! The staff were so kind and helpful. Can't wait till we move in!

Gave me a crazy marked out moving fee. When I called they told me to pay a different amount and I would be ok. Years later sent me to collection and now have made it difficult for me to get another apartment. They lied about me being late on my last month. I was never late in my 2 plus years of living there. Don’t rent at this apartment!
