Do not move here! I’ve been living here for five months, and it’s been nothing but A HEADACHE AND LIES about getting things taken care of. Nothing has been done, despite my repeated complaints to the leasing office about overcharges. I moved in November, and it’s now April. On top of that, people let their animals out at night and urinate and defecate on the sidewalks instead of designated areas. I can smell it inside my apartment, and they even pooped in front of my door. The pest problem is out of control. They call pest control, but you still see roaches. The walls in my apartment have cracks in them, and the ceilings are turning yellow. My bathroom paint in the tub and cabinets is peeling, and maintenance said they’d look into it, but they never did. There are also drawers falling apart because they were stapled together instead of being fixed properly. There are open holes in the walls behind the fridge, under the sink, and the dishwasher where pests come through. The kitchen counters are ripping because they were painted over instead of properly sealed. The patio closet door has not been repainted, as I mentioned during the move-in. Roaches even come out of the vents when you turn on the heat. Don’t even get me started on the parking. The gate has been broken since September, and people come and park, leaving no space for the actual tenants. I’d be wrong if I called towing. The outside entrance doorway and the walls are disgusting. They’re covered in built-up debris from dead bugs and cobwebs. I’ve mentioned everything to leasing or maintenance, but it gets looked over. When I put in a work order, they say they never received it.
