I am writing to bring your attention a recurring issue that has been affecting the residents of our complex. There have been many disturbances caused by children playing soccer near the building. This has resulted in windows being broken multiple times in the past. Additionally I have noticed that as the new windows are being installed, They are still hitting windows. Not only with soccer balls but are now banging on them and throwing rocks and fertilizer as well. They have been destructing property from multiple residents. This is not only disrespectful but also undermines the improvements management is working hard to implement for the benefit of all residents. I believe it would be beneficial if management could address this issue with the residents involved. I am concerned that without direct action this behavior will continue negatively impacting the safety within our community. While I do know where some of the children involved reside, I prefer not to mention a specific apartment number, as I’d like this to be a general complaint. These kids are out of control! If you want peace this is not a good place to live.

The remodeled apartments are great and spacious. My manager, Ian is splendid job.

I couldn’t ask for a better Landlord . Ian, he’s on top of everything. He’s warm and welcoming. I never had such a great landlord in my lifetime. If you have an issue and you call him out of nowhere he’s so wonderful, and sweet he really listens to his tenants. I was in a car accident and it totaled my car it was devastating. I lost my job. He went out of his way to help me as much as he possibly could. I am so deeply grateful to you Ian.

Polanco Apartments formerly San Carlos Apartments is now a much better place to live,thanks to new owner and manager,Ian the manager should wear a cape this guy knows his stuff and get things done,he top's the other best manager these Apartments had,Miss Tania,Ian said us tenants wouldn't recognize this place once finished and looking at the start they've put in,I believe him and highly recommend these Apartments, Thanks,Ian for all you do,you're appreciated very much.
