Peridot Residences - Downtown Dallas

I moved to Peridot Residences in October 2024 from Los Angeles, CA. I had toured several places in Downtown, and the only one that appealed to me was Peridot. As a woman living in Downtown, safety is the #1 thing that I look for, and you really can't get more safe than Peridot. The key fob, elevator system, and 24/7 security are what do it for me. In addition, the staff in the leasing office are amazing! Angie and Kirstin are some of the best leasing agents I have ever worked with. Always super nice, helpful, and responsive. They are also what make living here so great! I definitely plan on renewing my lease when the time comes.

The Peridot Residences are awesome! We love the community. The building security is top notch. The parking garage is also very safe. The finishes are high-end. The views are unbeatable. There is so much to do and going on either in the building or close-by. I’d highly recommend living at Peridot.

She took the time to answer all our questions, offered helpful guidance, and made us feel genuinely valued as residents. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. We love the quiet, friendly atmosphere, the well-kept grounds, and the amenities that make daily life convenient and enjoyable. Maintenance requests are always handled quickly, and the team goes above and beyond to ensure residents have a positive experience. Overall, moving to Peridot Residences has been seamless and truly feels like home. Kirstin and the team make this more than just an apartment community—it’s a place where you feel cared for and supported. We couldn’t recommend it more highly!

We have been living at The Peridot for three months, and overall, it’s been a wonderful experience. The building is modern, clean, and beautifully designed. The amenities are definitely a highlight, the gym is well-equipped, the pool area is relaxing, and the common spaces are always well maintained. The location is also super convenient!! The staff is friendly and helpful, always quick to respond. Special thanks to Kirstin, who made our move-in process smooth — she does an amazing job!! We also appreciate Anaiah; she’s a great part of the team, the perfect addition, and she brings an overall lighter, more welcoming energy to the office. She also does a wonderful job with the resident events!! Overall, we are very happy living here and would highly recommend The Peridot to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to live in Dallas.

Hi everyone! I am writing an honest review about my experience at the Peridot Residence. I have enjoyed everything so far, especially as a newcomer to TX. The security staff is always vigilant, and the restaurants are fantastic. The front office is so kind and helpful, especially one representative/leasing agent in particular named Angie Lopez. Angie goes above and beyond to make residents feel like home. She initially helped me through giving me virtual tours of the apartment complex, personalized communication, and genuine care and interest in my wellbeing. Angie is responsive to all questions and inquiries, professional, and extremely kind when interacting with everyone she meets. She has made my experience excellent and made the Peridot Residence stand out.
