Katie and Jennifer were so awesome on the tour of the property. I'm really grateful for they're asstance and makes me Eger to move in hopefully everything works out for me and my future home . Thanks Pecan Tree.👍😁

If I could give zero stars, I would. This apartment has a serious roach infestation that management refuses to handle properly. From the moment I moved in, I’ve been dealing with roaches in the kitchen, bathroom, and even in my personal belongings. Despite multiple complaints, the issue has been brushed off or met with half-hearted pest control visits that do absolutely nothing long-term. What’s even worse is how unprofessional the management is. Emails and maintenance requests are ignored for days (sometimes completely), and when you finally do get a response, it’s dismissive and rude. They clearly don’t care about the quality of life of their tenants — just about collecting rent. Save yourself the stress. This place is not worth it.

Loving all the positive changes that Brenda and Katie have brought to the property. They host a community event every month and follow through with their promises. My family and I will be celebrating Thanksgiving day with delicious food. We won the Thanksgiving dinner raffle. Thank you ladies and Pecan Tree!! 😋🦃

Thank You to the staff of pecan tree for always having answers to My questions. Ive seen so many positive changes. I am glad that they have opened the new laundry facilites. Also i won the raffle and recieved a washing starter kit.
