This property is a hidden gem in Park Cities and the Manager Samantha is the prized jewel that makes it such a lovely and peaceful place to call home. Samantha is so deserving of all the glowing reviews she receives. Yes she is exemplary, outstanding, professional and efficient. However what I think elevates her above all the rest and in a class all her own is her PASSION for this property and its residents. It is apparent how much she loves it and how she takes the time to get to know us personally striving to make our homes a great place to live. You are never just an apartment number to her. I planned on a one year lease here. As of this month I renewed my lease for the 7th time. She deserves 100 GOLD STARS. Here's your starter kit ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

My wife and I lived here for two years. We really enjoyed it. The area is great and convenient. Neighbors were really nice. Samantha and the management team were amazing. They were always super responsive to any issues. If anything was messed up in our apartment or in the common areas, they would address them immediately. They also kept the complex very clean and consistently made upgrades. They were very kind, and we really appreciate them.

Awesome, fast & exemplary customer service by Samantha Sterling, Property Mgr at The Parke at UP. I highly recommend this Apartment complete in highland park school district. I receive fast prompt service whenever I had a service repair on my apartment. Samantha did an outstanding job servicing all the tenants and followed through as promised. I loved living here was very clean and safe neighborhood to live in! I was a very Happy tenant-Beatrice D. Unit 2102

We stayed here for 2 years and have nothing but the best to say about the property and Samantha S. our property manager. Once in a blue moon when we had unit issues, Samantha would always respond and deliver fast. We are sad to say it’s our goodbye for now but hopefully not forever. Thank you Samantha & the entire team at Parke at UP!

This place has gone downhill fast. The new management does not care about tenants when I first moved in everything was spotless now the main area courtyard always filthy. They stopped pressuring washing/cleaning, elevator always dirty. Management does things half way and on top of that they raised rent. Don't recommend
