This place has gone downhill fast. The new management does not care about tenants when I first moved in everything was spotless now the main area courtyard always filthy. They stopped pressuring washing/cleaning, elevator always dirty. Management does things half way and on top of that they raised rent. Don't recommend

We have been living here for 7 months and this is a lovely place. Samantha S. runs the complex, and the staff has been incredibly responsive and provides excellent service .

The few years I have spent here at The Parke at UP were by far the most positive experience I have ever had. The manager Samantha Sterling went above and beyond for me as a resident. She always made decisions based on what’s best for the community and that is the reason this positive experience kept me here for so long. Thank you Samantha!

Samantha was since the beginning very helpful and empathetic with our situation. She delivered personalized service and was always willing to answer any doubts we had. The location and neighborhood is great and the apartment building is well managed. Thank you!
