Just moved in a couple of weeks ago & the management along with the leasing agent Nayeli who helped me has been amazing. Maintenance is also so helpful and genuinely kind. Annette with maintenance has been especially kind and everyone has great customer service

5 stars only for the reason of Madee and Courtney. The property has had its ups and downs from ownership changes but Madee and Courtney is always very accommodating and understanding and do their best to fix any situation that’s given to them. Ownership on the other hand is non existent and not in a good way, between gates broken, pool and hot tub not working, elevator for half the building being out, false fire alarms going off all the time at late hours of the night. There’s just so many repairs the owners fail to fix but the office staff does their best with what they can do.

I can see the work that the new management company has been putting in. The maintenance team (led my Annette) has been great and very responsive. They are keeping the property clean and the large dog park looks great…the pump is working, lights are bright and I feel safe taking my dog down.

Annette, who handles maintenance requests, is absolutely amazing. With the new management taking over, we had about five maintenance requests to submit at the start of the year. Annette showed up with her team ready to work and handled every single issue efficiently and thoroughly. Everything was repaired and resolved in one visit. Her go-getter attitude, professionalism, and leadership really stood out. This is the kind of service that makes a place feel like home. Huge appreciation to Annette and her team for getting it done right. Edit: I see the reviews and I’ve heard of the disasters and horrible experiences that other tenants have had here under different management, but I have hope with our most recent management company. They are on top of things, from what I can tell! As long as we all do our part as residents to help keep this place clean and safe, I believe they will reciprocate.

I highly recommend no one moves here! I’ve been a resident here since December 2019 and ever since Venterra left the property has been falling apart. Lincoln property management took over and did a terrible job, they were then replaced by the Foresight Management who is also doing a terrible job in the 6+ months they’ve been here. Nothing is being done to get the property back to the high quality of life it once was. There is no housekeeper to maintain and clean the building, the landscape on the property isn’t being properly managed, it takes months to get a maintenance work order completed. This is a property that advertises being dog friendly but yet they don’t maintain the dog parks or poop bag stations. There’s carpet on levels 2-4 that smells and looks terrible! The package locker system barely works, the one and only freight elevator has been down for a month and counting. Water fountain in zen garden area barely works and the area isn’t maintained. In the pics you’ll see poop in the carpet and other stains and mold in the carpet from a water leak that hasn’t been fixed. I can go on and on, but in short don’t move here because they will expect you to pay premium prices for less than premium quality of living. Residents that have been here longer than I have are already moving or in the process of moving. I removed my 5 star review that I have Venterra to write this review! 11/01/24 Update…the property continues to spiral downward. The one and only freight elevator has been down for 6+months, it’s also the only elevator on the largest side of the property. The residence garage gate has been broken for 4+ months. Due to this residents cars are being broken into. I’m not even going to blame the staff it’s the owners that are at fault for not giving proper funding.
