I went in to pick up my daughter from the after school program yesterday and when I walked in there was a Caucasian lady with blonde hair arguing with my neighbor really loud, and for a minute she was speaking Spanish , okay my neighbor does not speak Spanish, and I thought that was very rude, and unprofessional, I just can’t believe that lady was screaming like that , while their were children in there, I don’t know how many times I have seen someone new in the leasing office. I have been living here for 2 years and I hope they get it together because my child does not need to be hearin that.

I’ve lived by nasties before but this door specifically is a place full of disgusting people. They dirty up not only their own doorway, but the stairs and breezeway as well. Our building especially the stairs look 16 years old because they leak and leave trash everywhere. Summer months are the worst because they will cause the whole breezeway to be full of gnats and bugs. Sometimes we will see the occasional roaches here and there and I wholeheartedly believe it is coming from them. This isn’t a way to live. The management is already neglectful when it comes to the back buildings of the apartments and nobody ever responds, then here is this mess.

I came in to view an apartment the manager Anthony and the assistant I'm sorry I can't remember her name were so helpful...out of the 5 complexes I went to they were the first ones to show me a unit and actually talked to me and treated me like a human being! Even though I haven't decided where I'm moving their professionalism puts them at the top of the list!

If you want a stressful living, here the ideal place. In my 55 years of life this the 15th and the horrible one ever. Gates are broken, entryway doors to buildings are not working, never attend on any maintenance requests despite regular follow up visits to the office. Do not mislead by newer good look appearing to outside as I did. Management failed to address any of concerns. Do not hurry to give 5 star review as soon as your application is approved, live there and give a honest review before you leave.

I visited Palladium Simpson Stuart on October 10th. From the street, the curb appeal looked great clean and well-kept near the leasing office. Once on the property, I noticed a bit of trash in some areas, but overall, it presented nicely. When I entered the leasing office, I waited while Martina (I believe that was her name), finished with another guest. Once she assisted me, I explained that I was interested in viewing a two-bedroom unit and learning more about the community for clients seeking second-chance leasing opportunities also for my TikTok Community . Martina shared that approvals were handled on a case-by-case basis when it came to background, landlord debt, or eviction history. While Martina answered my questions, the interaction felt a bit rushed, and most of the information had to be pulled from her rather than offered. When I asked for a tour, she seemed hesitant but eventually arranged it. Another team member, Julyssa, kindly agreed to take me even though she was preparing to leave for lunch. Julyssa was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. During the tour, we viewed a two-bedroom model unit nicely staged, clean, and featuring black appliances and washer/dryer connections (the community partners with a third-party company for rentals). The business center and gym both looked nice, but I didn’t get to see the pool area mentioned on the website. The application fee is just $20, which is reasonable. When I requested a copy of the rental criteria, I was told none were available in person and that it could be found online however, I couldn’t locate it afterward. Overall, the property is fairly new (about three years old) and still feels fresh. My only drawbacks were the rushed experience and lack of enthusiasm from the initial leasing interaction. Stronger customer service and more engagement would really elevate the experience, especially given how nice the community itself is. You can see my full tour of this property on my YouTube channel — The Eviction Coach.
