Had a Water leak n the mold still there , neighbors love playing loud music that literally seems like u in the apt with them smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ gates stilllll not fixed any and everybody come chill n smoke n the breezeway smh only one security actually do his job the night security roaches n termites are bad . Miss Mr Anthony n Martrina ACTUALLY TAKING ACTION INSTEAD AND HANDLING ON PROPERTY ISSUES . I’m not comfortable in my own home !!!

Literally wasted my time! I provided everything needed for move in and Maria still failed to provide my documents to compliance resulting in them asking for more information that I had already submitted to her. She is very rude and never reaches out to make sure things are going right. I was emailed a confirmation that my move in was June 5 then changed to June 7 just for her to ask for documents that I already provided. She is very unprofessional comes off as illiterate at times. Now that I’ve moved out of my previous place expecting to move in she no longer wants to help me leaving me and my children in bad situations. She careless and doesn’t have any type of remorse. Not only do we not have anywhere to stay I have to wait for 2 weeks plus to get my deposit back.

So I've been here for 3 years and let me say I love my place, we currently have a new management team, and I just love Brenda, shes easy to talk to, and understanding, she takes care of you.
