This place was a waste of time Angela is so unprofessional had my application for 45 days and gone have the nerve to say she can’t be rush, the communication was off she stop responding please don’t waste your time if you need to move asap

I wanna start by saying Angela Carr the apartment manager here at this complex is beyond amazing she is very efficient and kind and professional and extremely helpful even while multitasking she made sure I got everything I need to get approved . I had a hard time finding a apartment and dealing with other apartments and the application processes and them keeping contact but when I found this apartment Angela called me back and helped me through the whole process and made my life and move easier being a single mom with 2 boys moving over 2 hours away from out of town is very stressful but she stayed in contacted with me and kept me informed and up to date till I got approved and made sure I got my keys the day we had exactly planned for me to move! And after I got my keys the apartment exceeded my expectations the location is close to Dallas and Walmart is not far either great for people with a faimly ! The complex is safe amazing and pretty quiet. But the apartment its self is very nice and maintained the feeling and look of luxury for sure with great amenities ! But thank you to Angela for making sure I was able to move by my set date and being extremely helpful and kind to my boys and I ! Angela makes this complex itself just a 10/10!!!!!

I went to tour the community and wanted to rent. However, the size I want isn't available. Property clean and beautiful. Great for families. Angela Carr the manager very helpful and professional.

The apartment website says they have availability but when you call or go up there they say they do not have anything available. It’s a year wait. It waist people’s time and people’s hope of finding a home. They need to update and do better.

Redbird Location Dallas- Renters beware!!! The office managers are doing some bogus and shady undercover schemes. When it comes to leasing they will fraudulently make up lease violations so that your lease is not renewed they will also take your money for your deposit and not be refunded back to you. They definitely need to be investigated for unfair housing practices.
