Do not sign a lease here. This residence is low class. Upon move out they attempted to charge me $3989 for damages to the floor. Thankfully I had taken pictures during move in and move out. I had reached out to the management team +5 times about this over the course of a full month. No one ever got back to me, they would intentionally avoid my calls and never return my calls or respond to my emails. It got to the point where I had to mention legal action, they then panicked and reduced my move out damages to $196 claiming they had mad a mistake. They are incredibly scummy, not to mention they charge residence $10 to replace a single lightbulb. They also have continuous issues with residents cars being broken into, mine included, and they were zero help, have no cameras and have no intention of improving security. Avoid this place

I will start off by saying I love my apartment and the amenities. I would recommend this complex to anyone. With that being said, my residency has been a myriad of problems. My dryer was defective for about 3 weeks. However, I applaud and appreciate the staff for attempting to resolve the problem and in the end replacing it. Now my toilet is defective as well, however; AGAIN, the staff is working hard to get it functional. The cherry on top of the problems is the parking. There is simply not enough parking for all the residents and not even to mention guests. I was towed last night because I allegedly parked in a reserved spot. I must add I was never notified by management that I was towed so I had to go down a rabbit hole just to find my vehicle. Further, I had to Uber to the towing company because management would not help retrieve vehicles. Lastly, I am short a good portion of money because of this ordeal. There must be a better system for the parking. If the resident who called the towing company had my contact information I would have been happy to move my vehicle. But instead I had it towed from my own home, which is a gut-wrenching feeling. I am thankful that my vehicle was not damaged in this process. Besides my vehicle being towed, I have had multiple PROPERLY registered guests towed as well which were not offered reimbursement. As a tenant this shows me that One Oak gives the towing company full access to come on the property and take away our cars. Clearly management cares more about creating inconvenience to their tenants than a peaceful and stress free living environment.

I’m a resident at One Oak Grove, and my vehicle was wrongfully towed from the gated resident garage on September 2, 2025, even though it was properly registered through the building’s portal. My car could only have been towed by the company that One Oak Grove hired to do the job, since access to the garage requires management’s permission. When I signed my lease, I informed management that I couldn’t access the third-party parking system (MyVipParking) used by their towing vendor. I followed up by email and through the resident portal, but no one from management ever fixed the issue or confirmed my registration. Despite this, my car was towed while parked in the residents’ area. I submitted all proof — my lease, registration, receipts, and photos — and requested reimbursement. Management has ignored every email and message I’ve sent about the reimbursement, and no credit or refund has been issued. Residents sign contracts with One Oak Grove, not with their towing company. Management gave this vendor access to our gated garage and should take full responsibility for its actions. ======================== Reply to your reply: Thank you for your response. I have already reached out multiple times through email and the resident portal without any resolution or reimbursement. I’m still waiting for a clear written update from management.
