I been living here 20 years and I have no plans on moving any time soon. Staff is great and very respectful and on top of getting things done. I highly recommend. This is a great place to live and call home.

I've lived here for the past two years and just resigned for another year. Location is great (ten minutes from Downtown) and right on the bus line. Grocery, Pharmacy & Hardware store with in walking distance. Parking is well monitored. Neighbors are friendly. Maintenance work orders are handled promptly (I never have to follow up). My experience here at Oakwood Apartments has been a positive one, however nothing beats the outstanding service provided by the Leasing Office. Both Luz and Gina are amazing! Outside of answering any questions or concerns I may have, they go above and beyond when I need help (assisting my housekeeping with access, parking, etc) and are always friendly. Thank you Luz & Gina for making Oakwood Apartments a great place to live!

Went in to ask about am apartment and office staff were very nice and have me all the information and details in regards to apartmemt and the area, I look forward to moving here as soon there is a 3bedroom available.

After trying out different places, I feel comfortable, the floor plan for my two bedroom is very decent and spacey. I have two patios and don’t have issues with parking or towing! Very grateful for the manager she always is very understanding and helpful. The maintenance is very respectful and kind and they try to work on any issues as soon as possible. It’s a work in progress but I see a good future for the property! Update : They never updated anything, the towing company is a mess and constantly tows visitors as well as residents, the apartment complex lacks communication with the residents and both of the managers and leasing agents are unable to be professional or help the residents in situations of distress, save your money and time before leasing here! Don't even think about going into the laundry rooms they're bad and smell like animal urine. The walls are very thin and water goes from hot to cold, ac doesn't work correctly they never came out to fix it. Hope this helps.

Greatly located place, looks like the place has been tidy up versus years back. I guess the current management has made improvements to clean up this place so it's looking way better then before. I use to live here years back and it was not like this. But it caught my eye when I drove by. I was surprised that it was same apartaments I use to stay so I stop by to ask availability and the office lady was nice, friendly and helpful not rude like others. Overall nice area to live in.
