I rarely leave reviews, but prospective residents deserve transparency before signing a lease here. The biggest issue at Oakhouse is inconsistency. Policies and expectations seem to change frequently, yet violations are handed out quickly and without much consideration for circumstances. Residents are expected to follow strict rules, even when services the community charges for are not consistently delivered. Not allowed to have doormats or wreaths. The building itself is also disappointing for the price point. It appears modern at first glance, but construction quality and maintenance do not match what is advertised. Ongoing construction directly across the street creates constant noise and significantly impacts the view and overall living experience. Cleanliness and safety in shared areas have also been ongoing concerns. The parking garage regularly has pet waste left behind, and oversized dogs are often present despite limited enforcement of community standards. There are frequent disturbances, including loud confrontations and fights, which make the environment feel far less peaceful than advertised. The office staff are polite in person, but communication and resolution of resident concerns have been frustratingly inconsistent. Issues often feel minimized rather than addressed, leaving residents feeling unheard. If you’re considering moving here, I strongly recommend asking detailed questions about enforcement policies, valet services, and how resident concerns are handled before signing a lease.

EDIT: To fix the parking issues at this complex , they TOW RESIDENTS WHO PAY $100 A MONTH TO PARK FOR HAVING EXPIRED REGISTRATION. This does absolutely nothing to address GUEST PARKING WHICH IS ON A SEPARATE FLOOR. Live here if you want to get towed even though youre paying for parking each month. They towed my car for expired registration when there are multiple other cars with expired registration in the garage too. Staff are extremely professional and genuinely try their best to make us feel comfortable since living here. However, parking on weekends is AWFUL: good luck trying to get your guests to find a spot on a Friday night. Residents here do not respect this place at all. Litter in parking garage, someone put their dogs shit in my valet trash bin. The area surrounding the complex is not very walkable. Besides all of these concerns, the units are very nice and spacious with modern finishes and high ceilings. Living here is not bad, but its not the best either. Management should definitely do something about the residents here who do not respect it, and fix the parking situation.

I recently submitted a maintenance request, and Oakhouse Apartments has once again shown how great their service is. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Luis was especially helpful . he was prompt, friendly, and made sure the issue was completely resolved. I really appreciate his professionalism and excellent customer service. Thank you for making the process so smooth!

The Amazing Staff and Amazing view of Dallas by day or night. Make this experience well worth staying here. Even if you don't have the side with the view of the skyline, it's a Great location close to Bishop Arts district and Downtown Dallas easy access to I 35@ Colorado. One of the Best apartments complex i have lived at been here almost a year. The sky lounge is a Great place to hang out day or night on the top floor just chill. Everything is well maintained. I Highly recommend making Oakhouse Apartments a place you call your home.

An absolute beautiful property with a beautiful view of the Dallas skyline! The leasing staff are amazing and the residents speak so very highly of the property, the staff and the amenties. The design of the model unit was gorgeous and had a beautiful boho theme. This was defiantly one of my favorite properties to view while getting content for my clients. Love love love the design, amenties and high ceiling just to name a few!! I can't wait to work with this property and lease client!!
