Amanda was wonderful! Very friendly and welcoming with great positive energy. She listened attentively and answered all my questions thoroughly. The property at Novel Turtle Creek is beautiful and exceptionally cared for. I’d also like to recognize Lewis, the valet gentleman, who was very nice and respectful. I highly recommend this community and their professional, amazing staff.

We recently moved into The Novel at Turtle Creek, and one of the very best parts of our experience has been getting to know Dezirae Walker, the Lead Concierge. From the moment we arrived, she has been truly exceptional — warm, professional, attentive, and consistently thorough. Dezirae goes above and beyond in every interaction, whether she’s helping with deliveries, answering questions, or guiding us through the community. She’s incredibly organized, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to making residents feel welcomed and supported. Her kindness, professionalism, and positive energy elevate the entire living experience here. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role and does it with such ease and sincerity. We’re genuinely grateful for everything she’s done for our family during our move-in and throughout our days here. The Novel at Turtle Creek is very lucky to have her — and so are its residents.

I literally can’t say enough good things about this building. If you love living in a hotel decor and vibe this is it. The building is clean and well kept. The staff is incredible, Patricia, Scott, Dez, Kay, Angela, Stevan always are welcoming and happy to help, Oscar in maintenance, and even down to the valet team!

Beautiful building and great apartment layouts. The flower displays and amenities are also lovely. Novel was a nice landing pad for my move to Dallas. However, underneath all of that Management is a different story - mostly unresponsive and uncaring with a lot of changeover on staff. I broke my lease early as I didn’t feel safe anymore in building. In the Novel dog park one evening, a neighbor’s uncontrollable dog mauled my puppy and bit me after only two weeks of moving in. Management did absolutely nothing and this is after we found out multiple residents and dogs had been attacked by this same bit bull mix. I no longer felt safe knowing we would run into the dog at any time while walking the halls, getting on the elevator, etc. I was done and am so relieved to be out of there.

Best place to live! I’ve lived here with my husband for 2.5 years and we have LOVED it. The building is beautiful and the staff is amazing. You really can’t do better in Dallas. We are only moving because it’s time for a house, but we wouldn’t even consider moving to another apartment - we have been totally spoiled here. We’ve joked that we don’t think we have neighbors because we’ve never heard a sound through the walls of our apartment. I’m not sure how it’s possible because we definitely do have neighbors, but I think that’s one of the many perks of living in a new build. I’m sure the maintenance team is amazing, but I wouldn’t even know because we haven’t had a single reason to call them. Our puppy loves it here too. It is such a bittersweet farewell. Thank you, Novel!
